Hi everyone , i would like to know if the routine of doing only 1 or 2 muscles goups per day is a good way to lose weight for women, i dialed in my girlfriends info and it gives only certain muscles per session. Would it be better to do a all body workout as compared to the other one ?Thanks in advance

It all depends how much time and how often you can exercise.
Obviously if you exercise 5 days a week one would only do 1-2 muscle groups per session. On the other hand if you only exercised 3x per week one would include more muscle groups.
As a beginner, one would be better off doing the 3x per week and doing more groups.

As a beginner, with weight loss as the main goal I would recommend a total body circuit 2-3 times a week.
