I was a dancer since I was 9 years old, but when I came to college at 18 (i'm now 21) i switched to the gym thing. I've been using the leg machines and 20 minutes on the treadmill but I can't seem to get down to the size i want or lose wieght. I eat relatively healthy but i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong. i'm 5'9 170. Any advice on what i should be doing to lose the wieght would be greatly apprieciated.
I was also a dancer since I was about 6 years old. I stopped dancing when I went to college as well. I am now 21 years old and also attempting to lose some weight. I am about 5'4, 140 pounds. What has been working for me is running. Eating healthy is kind of hard being away at college and having little money to spend. I have been doing cardio exersizes and strength training. It seems to be going ok so far, but I have just started a few weeks ago. Keep up the good work!
