Hi im a 15 year old dude, and i was 193 lb's in the summer. I finally decided i would diet so i did and i played sports all summer, and controlled my diet. I am now 165 lb's. But not that school started i cant go out as much. My parents don't let me go to the gym. I have a treadmill at my house, and two 10 lb dumbells. Any ways i can continue to loose weight. I will exercise 3 days a week. Please help.

Try bodyweight exercises... maybe get your hands on more DBs or find some kettlebells.

Hi im 13 5'5 and 220 pounds i would LOVE to lose weight before summber which is like in 3 months... does anybody know any good workouts? PLZ HELP!
and my goal is 120 pounds but i wanna wokr some off in the summer and i have to hurry because i dont want to become a diebetic and diebetes runs in my mom and dads family on the side, and my dad and his family has bad hearts and its in our genes now thanxs to the parents :/ but plz help!!!! if you know any workouts plz tell! skip the introduction of juss saying hello say workouts of what i can do! PLZ HELP!
