I'm new to this site, and I would like to lose about 125 lbs. I start my exercise programs on Monday (I'm excited about that). I'm also looking for specific meal plans that might jump start my metabolism.

I can vouch for them, as I'm about 5 weeks in on my muscle mass plan and ab plan and have some rock hard abs waiting to be reveiled(after the remaining weeks I will diet and tone the fat down to bring out the muscle), and the rest of my body has muscle my family never saw before, lol.
