I'm new to this site, and I would like to lose about 125 lbs. I start my exercise programs on Monday (I'm excited about that). I'm also looking for specific meal plans that might jump start my metabolism.

Welcome to the site!

Best on luck on your plans by the way. I can vouch for them, as I'm about 5 weeks in on my muscle mass plan and ab plan and have some rock hard abs waiting to be reveiled(after the remaining weeks I will diet and tone the fat down to bring out the muscle), and the rest of my body has muscle my family never saw before, lol.

So look around the forums like Philia said!
