I am trying to lose 60 lbs and am working out regularly, eating right and lifting weights. My problem is I tend to bulk up pretty fast and I don't want to. I just want to be lean. How can I make sure that I'm working out my muscles but not lifting so as to bulk up? I don't want to turn all my extra 60 lbs to muscle. Thanks

Lift light weights, with lots of reps. Do a high reps till you can't go anymore and do cardio also. This will help you get a ripped looked if that is what you are going for and help you lose the weight. Also, just as important, is to eat right!!
