you'll have to be patient..you won't grow overnight. How's your meals...are you consuming enough protien and carbs.

Go heavy! But never sacrifice good form for weight. One general rule I've read/heard/used is 6 to 12 reps for mass, 12 to 15 reps for cuts and 15 on up for endurance and cardio. Rest 1 to 3 min. 4 mass 45 sec. to 1.5 min. for cuts. and no rest for endurance

Friend....if you want legs then you got to go heave....legs respont to weight and not reps......too many reps will just drain them out.....do something like 3-4 sets per exercise with 8-12 reps per set... try it out....it works for me...uttiya

There is also an anatomy issue that you should interfest you. Some people don't grow big legs. Keep up your leg work and see what happens. Also try different leg exercises and target those leg muscles to see what happens.

Genetics can be a drag when trying to get some part to grow. Big legs takes years for some people to get naturally when training. Also if your do activities that require more endurance your legs adapt to having great strength and endurance with smaller size,i.e bicycle racers, triathletes.
