You'll need to eat more!!!!! If you already got a fast metabolism then you'll need to eat for four people to be able to put on some lean muscle mass!!!
Maybe eating some weight gainers can help you. Take a look in the nutrition and supp forum!

I was only 143 pounds, and I had the BIGGEST problem gaining weight and muscle mass for that matter. I can tell you right now, the only thing that will help is to eat, I mean almost to the point where you feel sick. That's what I did, and I brought my weight up to about 163 pounds. You'll gain fat, but if you have a fast metabolism like me, you'll have to gain fat to get muscle. You can strip down the fat later on. Hope this helps.

Yep, same here. I'm at a whopping (for me) 170 lbs. now. I've been eating nearly 20 times my body weight in calories for months. It's paid off, though. So, like every one else said, eat, eat, eat. I'd would say to shoot for 1.5g/lb of body weight in protein and make up the rest in fat and carbs. Anything more than 1g/lb of body weight really won't do much for you, but you don't want to be too high on fat and carbs. Remember, dietary fat is important for testosterone production and carbs are important to keep your energy levels up when gaining.
