hey everyone, nice to see every helps each other round here. anyway! im 18 years old im 5 ft 10 and weigh only 9st i eat all the right foods, well i think i do! i eat alot go on the gym, i dnt do much running cause i wanna put weight on not loose it but i just cant seem to put weight on, i have been body building for 2 years now, i will put a pic of me on my profile soon so everyone can see wat my body is like, please help, thanx si

Hi Simon I hope that you don't get too frustrated with your body. My younger brother was skinny skinny for years, and just now he's started to get bigger. It was just like overnight, he suddenly started to grow. I'm Canadian, how much is a stone?

I am doing the weight loss and definition program. I am just a little confused on how much cardio I should be doing.

Start out with 2 days a week, then to 3, see how that works out for you. you may find that you need to do more or less cardio depending on how fast your metabolism is.
