I am on the four day a week plan for weight lifting. Is there any reason that I couldn't squeeze those four days of lifting into three (perhaps by spreading one days worth of exercises over the other three?). If I switch my preferred number of lifting days to 3 will the fitness plan automatically be adjusted to keep the same amount of exercises over a shorter period of time or does it drop some exercises altogether?

Basically by having less days in the weightroom on my fitness plan will I be doing less exercises, and if so, would it be harmful for me to just do more exercises on each day?

You can switch to 3 days. The workouts will be longer. The program will set up any way you want to. You will lose the current workout and not be able to get it back though.

As far as you changing the workout , thats fine too. It depends on your experience. If you're a relative newcomer to lifting let the program do it.
