Well thank-you for noticing. The high-tech gyms do cater to more main stream and I do believe any type of exercise is better then none. I have been training a lady the past three months and it's such a joy to see the results and her determination. I love resistance training, because the results are awesome for us ladies. Hope to see more ladies training with weights in the gyms and not just doing hours of cardio. Anyways, see you all in the gym.

I seem to be the only one in the gym lifting heavy weights and at the best of times I get some odd looks. I have always enjoyed weight training and I know it is the only thing that changes the body. I just wanted to through out how many ladies actual train heavy with weights and do you seem to get results naturally?

I wouldn't say I train with "heavy" weights...yet...but I'm working my way up there. I do lift as heavy as I can without hurting myself. There are a lot of women at my gym, young and "old" who lift heavy. A few of them are bodybuilders and compete in figures. It is a FamilyFitness facility, so it's not just catering to the big lifters, but they have lots of equipment so I guess that's why they train there. I would consider a couple them to be "big" in the muscular sense, but most have incredible physiques! From their appearance I would guess most are doing it naturally. Haven't seen any that look as good as you though Dendys:big_smile:
-------------- Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.
