Hey everybody,
im new here and i want to know the best way to build muscle. I'm 15, 5ft 3" and 104lbs. I am mainly looking to build upperbody strength because my legs are already pretty strong, right now i can bench press 115(max) about 10 times and i can curl 20's but im looking to gain more strength. lol im not very big height wise as you can see. Thanks for any help or suggestions
thanks for the reple null, i am aware i will have to eat more. lol i eat quite abit but i never seem to gain weight althought i am a very active person:)are there any energy drinks of some sort that would help. my freind uses heavyweight 3000, its one of the few i have tried and it seems liek the only one that tastes decent. thanks.....Chris
