Your own hard work and diet..........theres ntohing magaical out there, and all claim the same thing, I have taken......hydroxy cutt, stackers, animal cuts, trim spa none of which really really helped me, only way i lost weight or gain good weight was through my own hard work, and closly watching my diet.

They can help but YOU make them work with diet, weight training and cardio. Patience is also needed, don't lose too fast.

S.A.N. Tight is a real good product, have had quite a few women friends use it with REAL good results. Sometimes you need that little "push" and it helps to have the right product. It is ephedra free obviously, and friends have reported good energy gains as well.

I am taking Lipo 6 right now and it is making me very anxious and sad. I loved ephedra when it was legal and as my boyfriend would say "I had no extra when I took ephedra." It probably made me moody though too. The bad part is all of them probably make you anxious so if you can do without, I'd say don't take them. I'm 33 almost 34 and take them because my metabolism has changed dramatically and I'm not ready for the change. God, I'm scared to death for menopause!

At 33-34 your far from menopause. Keep exercising (if you do) as it will help in your later years and help keep the metabolism humming.

I do cardio 45-60 minutes 5-6 days a week and wieghts 3 days per week. I used to feel 13 until last year. The change in my 30's is what scares me for what I'll go through during menopause.:( When I'm actually in the act of working out I feel great but it's recovering that has really changed and gaining weight while doing the same amount of exercise:angry:

Have you had recent bloodtests? Sometimes the thyroid tends to slow down, but that will only be confirmed with a blood test.
Weight gain, sluggishness, feeling down are a few of the symptoms. I am not diagnosing or trying to frighten you, but you may want to have a blood test if you haven't had one in the last year.

Thank you. I've actually been thinking about having this done lately and your post might be just what I need to get me in to see the doctor.
