When doing the weight training, mine is for weight loss and toning, I have 4 sets of 20,12,10,8 reps (for example) am I supposed to use the same amount of weight for each set??? Help! Thanks, Java
Increase weight as you progress through a set. Whether you are "toning" or trying to gain mass, the increasing weight (also known as pyramid system) is beneficial.
