I'm starting the Special 12 Week Mass program next week because the lean and tone program made me smaller. My question is how should I lift with the new program. Do I add heavy weight and do less reps or stick with the same weight. I been getting different response from different people. All I want is the right answer so I don't miss out on anything. Thanx in advance

The mass program will start you out with compound exercises and low reps, and you should go heavy when doing these. I usually gauge the weight so that I can barely do my last rep, if at all.

yea because actualy the last reps that u can barely make are the ones that make it grow those are words from arnold the (terminator) i cant spell his last name thats why i put terminator
