There is a swiss ball and weight routine right with the other routines under the heading of exercise programs.

if you look under the specific exercises to do for each body part, at the bottom will be a list of exercises that use the ball and weights or resistance bands:)

IF you click the Fitness Resources button up at the top, then go to specific muscle groups down on the left, each muscle group has a couple exercises you can do with the stability ball.
