Do you think it is possible to achieve some results with bodybuilding at 43? I'd like to gain some weight as im on the slim side but perhaps at this age the body just doesn't work like this.

At any age, resistence training works. I started when I was 43 - lost 30 lbs of fat, put on 30 pounds of muscle - now that took some time - but most of the weight loss was in 6 months. You won't see the results of an 18 year old - not as fast anyway - but you will see and FEEL results. Go for it.

I simply don't tell my body it's 51. It responds just fine.

Is there any connection between creatine and a decresase in testosterone levels?
