while back I was maxing on dl.....got the max...but kinda tweaked somthing in my back a lil.
Now when I squat theres a odd pressure on my spine.....however my back is still strong....is uncomfortable but bearable. I still did a box squat for one rep with 425.....so its still strong....and other wise doesn't really bother me. Besides the usual rest, advil icy hot stuff....any other suggestions? This combined with my tennis elbow....i'm falling apart lol

Andrew I had this happen to me and best suggestion is to take a few days off....squatting after tweaking lower back with deadlifts is asking for trouble....
you can try to wrap tightly your lower back area with cotton reusable bandage......to tighten the area and give your lower back a bit of extra support and some relief for the injured muscles.....do it after you put some menthol, camphor or any other medications u want to apply to your back...
