Hi everyone Im two weeks old but havent yet started my workout. I start tommorow and i am excited. I weigh about 220 pounds and am 5'10. My goal is to burn all the fat and get more muscle I am Big in size but its fat so........... Anyway I have a container of Xenadrine that I just got and some one told me to use it 2wice a week only before a workout so thats what im doing. About the diet though how can I eat better?????? How can I eat food that sustains me and doesnt add extra calories????????
