Heya. I have recently started my diet (lifestyle eating change) and exercise program. Looking for someone to buddy up with to encourage eachother. I started out at 229lbs, 6', 26yr old male, with a 19.78% bodyfat comp. I am down to 214lbs already and looking to hit 185lbs with a 9% bodyfat by May. If anyone wants to buddy up let me know.
Hey nice job with the weight loss thus far. I've recently just gotten back on a workout program in the past 2 weeks. I'm trying to do six days a week. One day cardio and the other weights. I'd be interested in the buddy system. Especially with the dawn of the new year.
So far so good akin...We're almost in the same boat...I'm 5'10 204 lbs and 21% body fat looking to get down to 185 and 8 or 9%. Did you use the exercise and nutrition programs on here or do you have a different one.
