Like I said in my other post "If it tastes good then its probably not good for you".. seriously though.. If you really wanted it just read the side label and make sure its not going overboard on fat/carbs/sodium etc... at least thats what I do.. usually I want things like chips and they seem to go way overboard on fat.. but then again I don't need to watch what I eat =)~
I really like graham crackers ... with cottage cheese and a banana (Yum!!) They're low fat, moderate carbs which makes them okay as an *occasional* snack. But like any food, eating too many will hide your abs ...
