No.. or at least I wouldn't say so and I assume most people here would agree.. Its been a while since I read anything on it but I think the hollywood diet was that you don't eat anything for 2 days.. all you drink is that hollywood diet juice stuff... and water.. thats probably totally starving you of what you actually need... they say their juice is 'fortified' with what you need.. but I somehow doubt one drink can totally replace solid food for two days.. chances are you will gain back most of the weight you lose if not a little more after you come off this 2 day thing... I haven't tried it though.. so maybe someone with actual experice with it might have a different opinion...

Ditto to what Fireloard says! Be careful of these "fad" diets as they only work temporarily. In some cases, you gain the weight back faster than you lost it!!!

I should make up a diet called "the Paris diet".....
Do you guys think that I'll get rich by selling that one?!!!!
Angel, you got sooooo many different diets out there, and what works for you doesn't necessairly work for me. You just have to try your way (don't play with your health thou)
Actually I don't know this diet. Could you please put in a typical daily food intake so I can see?
