Here my daily rutien:
I Wake up, eat what ever I can find watch TV for an hour or so. Then I either go to work or school or out somewhere. I eat a lot of junk food during the day. Then whe night time comes around I run a mile, do 55 Push-ups, 3 sets of 10 second leg lifts, and 45 situps. Plus I drink 8 glasses of water every day!
If i keep goin like this, what will happen? I am a skinny guy but I am also very lazy. Its extra hard for me to chandge any of my bad habits.

To answer your question, putting it bluntly you are not feeding your body very well! Try changing you eating habits. You will add many years to your life!
