I work Out..I go hiking, do all the excersises and my body looks the same. I think It's my age(25) and my metoblism is slowing down..When I was younger I had the great body. Now My waist and up looks ok but my thighs are huge!I like to loose 20 pounds and tone up but my body stays the same no mater what I do..What am I doing wrong!

Also associated with your age (mine too!) is your job...what do you do now compared to a few years ago? I know I'm not outside walking from class to class anymore...course, I'm not up until 3 or 4am studying either...but lifestyle changes have an impact too!

What workouts do you do? What are 'all the exercises?' And how do you look that you always look 'the same?'

look at your carb intake mainly, Dr. Atkins has a few good books on low carb dieting, interesting reading and some new ideas to look into.

hi im a new member, M/28 6 ft 1. Jan 1st of 2003 i weiged 270 and Im currently 236. I have combined a workout routine and a low carb diet. Dr Atkins Book helped out big time. ============ Quoting from jessicagarcia:
