I really dont understand what it is, and im doing my exersizes at home :). Im using Band Flex.
Could someone also tell me how I can perform that exersize on Band Flex?

(If you dont know what it is, its just like Bow Flex, except cheaper. You can also type Band Flex in google, and answers should come up for you :dumbbell: )

Hummm...it says it has a Leg Press, correct? If so, then instead of concentrating on pushing with the heel of you foot, push entierly with your toes till your feel a stretch. Let me know if it works.

For calf raises at home, it is pretty easy. You just have to find some sort of a ledge, with something near by so you can hang on. Try your own body weight first, and put your feet on the ledge so your heel is hanging off the ledge, then lower your self down, flexing your foot, then lift back up again. I am not sure if this is making much sense, but, I tried. After that, you can add weight if necessary.

When doing Seated Calf Raises you are working out your calves. You are targeting the Soleus muscle primarily and using the Gastrocnemius(Calf) muscle that works as an assistent muscle. This is an isolated movement (An exercise that involves just one discernible joint movement) and using a pushing force. Seated calf raises develop the lower and outer areas of the Calves. And yes, you are using all your body weight unless your using your arms to help you go down/up.
