What are some high calorie good foods to consume? Im trying to build muscle but I dont think my diet is where it should be I think I should be eating more I dont want to eat foods that are going to put fat on me I want to eat foods that will help me shoot for what im going for. If anyone could list some foods that would help that would be great. I should be consuming around 2250 calories a day but I think I should do more to build muscle anyone want to throw some suggestions in the box for me? Thanks in advance
