I'm looking at starting creatine and I would like to know what brand you all take that works, or what's most popular, because I don't want to fork over money for crap that won't even work. Can you all help me out? I want to begin taking creatine and training on monday.

Hi chadk01, I used to take GNC's creatine monohydrate, decent stuff... however after reading several posts here, I read there were other options that were cheaper and worked better

For example I just bought ON's Creatine Monohydrate, look for the creapure stamp... that's the best stuff you can get... another good brands are Prolab and Universal.

Hope this helps

Any micronized creatine with the "creapure" lable is ok.

Hey chadk01,
I have tried all different types of creatine even GNC's creatine monohydrate, but the one I have been hooked on the past 7 months is CELL-TECH ( Fruit punch ). I have been taking it 3 months straight then take one month off before starting the 3 month cycle again. In between those months I'm off creatine, I took T-Bomb. That was to ensure I didn't get that backward slide that everybody talks about. Then when I start on again, its nothing but forward progress. But some people on this site would call that cheating, I call it "STFU and stop hating" LOL!!!

P.S. I was buying Cell-Tech from GNC for the first 4 months....$65 with a Gold Card.......my advice...just order it online its alot cheaper....I order from http://sruonline.com/ only $50....thats my justification to my girl for getting NOXs $35 too....basically 2 items for the price of one! lol Laters

Cell-tech has a lot of sugar. I sure was "hating" it when I had a big bottle of this stuff, and didn't want to take it anymore.

I took Cell-tech for a couple months, and the results were good. BUT, 75 grams of sugar is way too much and it is too expensive. I get a little more bloated and its tougher to lose fat because your packing on so much sugar. they are coming out with a low carb cell tech which may be better. but i get good results from pro lab creaupure. and its almost 1/3 the cost w/ no sugar. I add that with glutamine after workout.

I take GNC glutamine, EAS hmb, zma Z-Mass, Pro lab creatine amd biotest MRP as my supplements.

Look into Universal Nutrition's creapure creatine.
