I have no problem with protein but when it comes to carbs I'm getting sick of brown rice and whole wheat bread. Are there any other carbs I can eat?
Is there a website that has good recipes or a list of foods that I can eat?

fruits and veggies... go out and buy some strange fruits you've never tried or some different types of vegetables. Yesterday I bought a star fruit which I've never tried before. can't wait to though.

I eat vegetables and fruits (apples... I heard that most we should avoid.. bananas, grapes, is that right?).
I have no idea what to eat for grains except whole wheat bread, oatmeal, and whole wheat rice. I'm confused if these are OK to eat... white rice, pasta, potatoe, sweet potatoe, whole grain cereal (if it's alowed how much sugar is OK for cereal?).
Protein bars... they all have carbs (even the no sugar once). How are those carbs different from carbs in white rice (which I heard is not good to eat). ?????

Baked potato is good. As long as you eat a little, you can add lots of variety.

Is white rice OK to eat?

white anything seems to be less desirable to us here, but as long as it's moderation, everything's alright. I still eat white bread, it's cheaper, less calories, and hasn't had any negative effects on me. I have no trouble finding carbs... they seem to be in everything

You can eat anything. Who cares if it's white? It's not as nutritional, sure, but it's not bad for you. Pasta, bread, rice, cereal, anything.
