I have just recieved my new bench that i ordered. Hasnt been put together yet though. I had one of those old crappy benches that you can only put about 100 LBS on. I havent had access to legs machines seeing as how my bench didnt have any of that. This new bench however provides me with leg extension, leg curls and a squat rack.

Since I will be lifting legs now, should my weight increase and is it true that lifting legs makes you bigger in your arms to??

when doing true hard and heavy squats, you will notice gains all over. the muscles in the in the upper leg are the largest single group of muscles in the body, and are used quite extensively everyday for normal use. when you truly push them way beyond anything, the demand they put on your endocrine sytem is very high, thereby flooding your entire system with testosterone and GH. this results in stronger and larger muscles throughout the rest of your body after a period of time, with everything else (diet, rest) in line, of course.

I've heard that training legs will boost your system for training other areas, but here's a question. Do you have to train legs and another area on the same day or workout, or will working legs in general affect the rest of you at any time?

That's a brain question lol I'll explain.
I will not get in any tecnical details BUT when you are working a muscle you use lots of different nerves and other funny things in your brain.
Well those small little buggers need lots of time to recover (actually more time than your muscles) Now when working a huuuge muscle group as your legs, you'll spend lots of energy etc (that's why we are often more tired after a leg day than any other muscle group)

Now you just need to let your body recover.
