what do i do for cardio right now i just do jumping jacks in the middel of my wight lifting sets.

You can run... jog...or even do jumping jacks anything that can raise your heart rate and be sustained for approx. 30 min.

Juming jacks for 30 mins will be a little bit long.... It's great to put up the heart rate but your body also needs long steady cardio.

Do you have access to cardio equipment at your gym? Treadmill, Stairstepper, Eliptical Trainer, Cycle? Or at home, walking, running or a combination of both, bicycling, basketball, tennis...those kinds of things.
