Hi. I am a 14 year old girl that would like to know what I should eat in order to lose some belly and thigh fat. I am a vegeterian, so I don't eat meat but I still eat eggs and dairy. Try not to, but it is a bit hard. I would like it if someone would tell me what would be right for me to eat, under my circumstances. I would really appreciate it if it would not include egg and dairy. That would really help a lot and I would also be very proud of that. Please check my profile for further information. Welcome to FT greentea and good luck with your goals. Stay away from any processed foods that are high in fat. Stick to the natural stuff and you should be good to go. Also, tofu is a good replacement protein for meats since you are a vegetarian.
