Food, food and food. The promises of massive gains from some supplements in advertisements are 99% hype. Not being fecitious, being honest. Supplements are at best 5% of what we do, the rest is simple.....
1. Pick up heavy things
2. Put them down
3. Eat
4. Rest
5. Do it again
