What do look for in Amino supps

I am looking to supplementing with Aminos, but I need some advice.

1. What form is best.
2. What should I look for in them, or a good brand
3. When is the best time to take them.

I waded the search screen, but I got over loaded so I just wanted to get it summerized in one spot. Thanks for all of your help so far!

Always get peptide bonded. Free form digest individually, and are not suitable to make your full chain. Take 2-4 with each meal. Will improve the amino acid profile of each meal. They are the building blocks of protein. Will greatly enhance promoting a positive nitrogen state. This is what we all strive for.
