i was just wondering what everyone eats when they go out to dinner, like a resturante. then, how do u stick to your diet if your out with your friends and they all want to stop to get somethig to eat. im the only one on a diet so i find it hard to stick to it. i have been having trouble with this for a long time so i hope to hear something soon!!

Last night I went to my daughter's music banquet and They had a buffet stlye dinner for the parents and the kids. I have appox. one cup of green beans and 2 slices of turkey and 2 slices of roast beef and 6 hot pickled hot peppers. I figured it to be 4 oz. each on the meats and because of spices and such I figured the green beans at 2 cups in my log. At McDonald's, if I had to eat there it would be a grilled chicken sandwhich and a side salad. The bun would gets tossed away and they have a good light dressing. The chicken weighs in at 4 oz. It is just good choices when you go and when you have been dieting as long as my husband and I have the choices get easier in time, because you know if you make the wrong ones it will just take longer to reach your goals.

Are you talking about a fast food place or a place where you sit down and get waited on. I have to eat out a lot when I travel out of state for work. I try to get grilled or baked fish with a green vegetable. Last week when I went, I had sushi one day (don't know how good it actually is for you..it was an experience :) my first time trying eel), another day it was grilled salmon & asparagus, and the last day it was a salad with chicken breast on it and fat free dressing.

I stay in the parking lot and lift small cars during the main course, then I run inside and go, "Hey, look at all you fat freaks mwuhaha!!!! What's my name?!"
