Hey, I'm new to this. I'm 6'0", 150lbs. I'm slim but I have good definition. My main goal is to gain size. I just wanted to know if this is a good idea to gain size. I plan on doing this for one month. I am going to be taking weight gainer which contains about 48g of protein and 93 g of carbs. 3 shakes a day. I plan on eating every 2 hours. I'll have my 3 main meals of the day with small snacks in between. I will also be working out 5 days a week. Think this is a good plan to follow for a month?

Sounds reasonable. How many calories are you planning on per day? You should plan on gaining a little bit of fat along the way...probably about 2-4%, depending on your goal.
Good luck!

I am with Robert. Sounds good bit make sure your meals are healthy too. Yes a little fat will be added but once you gain the size you want, you can always start the cutting phase.

gad, 3 shakes a day? More power to ya man. As for your workout, please explain in depth because just looking at it as is, working out 5 days a week seems too much. All depends on how you incorporate resting days, and what parts of the body you plan on training per day will help with the big picture.

DisQo, check the stats on your weight gainer(for sugars and fillers). Many of your inferior weight gainers are loaded with these to make extra calories, but these are just high, empty calories that will simply make the scale rise, but not with good weight. Be careful, and good luck to you.
