You can do what I do, shift your program around to make up for the missed day, or the next day you can train for the current day and the one you missed. No biggie either way.

jrdebas..there are alot of different exercises you can do with free weights, if you can't make it to the gym. Or you can use your body weight..ex: push-ups(chest), dips(triceps) leg lunges (legs, glutes) ..you just need to use the resources available to you..snd remember doing something is better than nothing..good luck!!

I just missed 6 workouts due to ilness. I went back on monday just continued where I left off. Had to lower the weight a little, but thats all. More a mind game than anything.

the biggest thing about missing days is to not let it discourage you. don't beat yourself up about it, just get back on track and keep going, you will reach your goals with a positive outlook.
-------------- Bettia.... When you feel like giving up, take it to the limit one more time!! You will SUCEED :-)
