Can you guys post what you eat during the day and at about what time? I’m trying to loose weight and at the same time I want to gain muscle. My eating schedule is a mess and I want to learn from you. I’m 6.3, 225 lb and 27 year old. I go to the gym 5 days a week and I want to look different. Thank you.
oaer55, I am going to start a post in the bodybuilding section called 'Someone to watch ovewr me, it is going to be a tracking log of my dailt diet and any critiquing people offer.
Many people have posted their diets here, try doing some searching.
Basically take your dailt caloric needs and break it into 5-6 smaller meals.
That is a good place to start.:)
