I am a 17 year old High School football player and would like to gain muscle mass. I am going to be lifting and doing cardio Monday-Friday for about an hour and a half. What do you reccomend me to take, and if possible please give the price for the product.

Food, food and more food. Forget about overhyped supplements. You will gain from calories, not overhyped supplements.

bb1 is right on. Especially at 17, with what your body is already producing, you don't need the supplements. Eat, sleep, eat, train, eat.... that about covers it.

yes indeed,food food food and throw in lots of vitamin c and e and a good multi vitamin with beta carotene
