I am 23, I am about 6 foot 1", and I weight about 205 pounds. Now my thing is that I don't know weither to shed some bodyfat or just add more mass. What do you think? I mean I don't have alot of fat, but then again I want to lose what I have, but I don't want to lose what i have gained. Any tips, advice would be greatly appreciated.

It is always a good idea to gain mass first, then begin to lose the fat.
Hope this helps...

rpacheco,
How did you gain so much muscle and drop bodyfat??

Gain muscle: Eat big, high protein, lots of water, weight training (5-day training split), low to moderate cardio (3x per week) and plenty of rest
Drop bodyfat: Lower calories, high protein, tons of water, weight training, high intensity cardio and plenty of rest
The key to losing bodyfat is really diet driven! After that, the rest comes easy...
Good luck Dilan!

Good question. I usually go in cycles (3 for mass, 1 for diet). I train for 8 (or 12) weeks for each mass cycle and 6 (or 8) weeks for diet.

Thanks for all the tips. I am just going through my stuff to see what I am going to change. I have been experimenting with tons of stuff. Some gave me the idea of depleting carbs. So i have been eating about 20g carbs in the morning and then 60 for meals after my workout. haven't really seen any change. I think I will just boost my carbs and protein and make sure that they are all good clean worth while calories. I work out 5 days a week, cardio in there too. I just need to work out my diet.
thanks
