About my diet:
AM: oatmeal with some brown sugar and an apple
Snack: apple
Lunch: salad in a whole wheat wrap, sometimes with tuna
Dinner: fruit smoothie (OJ, banana, berries, ice) with protein powder.
Snack: chips or crackers and another smoothie and protein powder.
Sometimes I will have a veggie stir-fry and some chicken filets.
What can I change? I cant eat lots throughout the day as I work afternoon shifts.

I am trying to but whenever I write something in the personal info place it says null afterwards.

Not enough protein in the first part of the day the first 2-3 meals(snacks included) have mostly carbs...just my thoughts.
