What is your standard workout gear?  Better yet, what is your favorite piece, where is it from and why is it your favorite?

gym pants from Fox and a light weight t-shirt, addidas tennis shoes.  The gym pants are light weight (unlike sweat pants) but are not as clingy as yoga pants. The addidas shoes have great arch support.

My new shoes.  A present to my feet since my old ones are in horrible condition.  I am only allowing myself to wear them when I am working out.

  One of my fav workout tops.  I've got to lose a size and at least a cup size before I can get into this!

Two of my fav workout pants from when I was bitty and itty bitty. Motivation to lose the weight!

Right now, when I go to the gym I look like I got dressed in the dark.  I wear whatever I have that I can get over my bum and my boobs.  More motivation as I used to work for a company that sold workout gear and have a lot that I could be wearing if I lost the weight.

i use to wear t-shirts and jogging or yoga pants to the gym

Love wearing yoga or running pants with loose fitting shirts for easy movement.

I workout at home so it is whatever I want - usually sports bra & shorts - t-shirt over most times

I always wear my under armour "wounded warrior" Army shorts. If im home just a simple sprots bra, if im in public I throw on one of my husband's Ranger shirts, tie it off in the back.. and hit the pavement!

--- I always wear this sort of clothing, even at the gym. If you want, yoga or dance pants work awesome too. You can roll them up if you get hot also!

Yoga pants for me as well. It's comfortable to wear.
