What does input weight on the workout plan mean?

It's the weight you use during your exercise... so, if you use 15lbs, input that...

When it says input rep. does that just mean how many you do each set??? like when it says set # then target rep the target rep is wut ur suposed to do and the input rep means how many u actually do??

should i add the bar weight in the bar exercises or just the weights??
and also if im using dumbbells, should i input the weight of 1 dumbbell or the weight of both added together??

for the imput weight do you put in the weight of one dumbbell or do you use the collective weight of the two?

No when using dumbells do the actual weight of the DB not both together....you did not do 60lb dumbell curls but 30

i dont get the input weight used aspect of this... if im doing pushups, what am i supposed to put there? i dont even have access to a gym and all i will use are my house hold items...

i would put in a zero if you are doing just bodyweight. Once you start adding weight, then i would input those numbers.

---Shady99, it doesn't matter about the bar as long as you do the same thing each time. Enter bar weight or don't. It's up to you.
