I am currently taking 1 animal cuts in the morning and a multivitamin, around mid afternoon around hour or 2 before lifting i take animal stak once. then after workout later that night i remove caffeine pill from another animal cuts and take that, before workout i take 2 scoops of Mint Whey(got off bb's advice) I mix in a teaspoon or 2 of glutamine with that, then after workout i drink another, What do you guys think? am i doing everything right?
