I am trying to change my diet to aid in weight loss and muscle gains. I have begun to consume more protien, especially by implementing more canned tuna into my diet. However, I am not sure what else to eat more of. What are some good edible complex carb foods and what are foods that are high in the "good" fats?

I strongly recommend 'flax seed oil' tablets or in liquid form. This is the best way to assure that your body gets all the 'good' fats it needs.

And fish oil, nuts, olive oil, avocados, peanut butter.....
This is all mono and poly insaturated fat.

We need fat, but you're right of being careful. Avoid all saturated fat.
