I am into my second week of weight training. While doing dumbell excercises, my left is weaker that the right. I was told to only work my strong side the same reps as the week untill it catches up. Is that correct. Thanks...... I love this site.

Yes, you pretty much answered your own question. Work them both the same. I have the same problem with my legs, one is weaker due to a wrestling accident. I work them individually with the same weight allthough one is much stronger. It takes a little time and patience, but you should eventually see some balance.
