I don't know what cardio is but I've heard of it. I heard it burns fat away fast , but does it burn away stomach fat away? Cause I need to know the fastest way to burn fat.
It's anything that can raise your heart rate. Power walking, jogging, aerobics,etc. The main misconception is that you have to kill yourself to burn calories. The truth is that anything you physically do burns calories. As far as the cardiovascular side goes, you want to elevate your heart rate to a point which is maintainable over the duration of your exercise. If you're jogging, keep a pace that lets you stay consistent, even if it's just a very slow trot at the beginning. One trick is to ask yourself out loud "Am I okay?.......Yes I am." If you cant get that all out without gasping for breath, you need to slow down a little.
