What is a good over all Protein Suppliment to take during the day? I currently use Optimum Nutrtion Whey Protein for after workouts. I would like to add more rprotein during the day after my morning workout. What type should I use?

Use........FOOD other than taking your per and post workout drinks use natural foods that are high in protein like your meats, Chicken,tuna, beef etc. I love eating tuna of have a chicken salad trust me if you drink 2-3 protein drinks a day and eat 6-7 meals a day with the right foods you will get plenty of protein. I weigh 235lbs and I always get atleast 235 grams of protein and I have 3 protein shakes a day which only give me 120 grams of protein so I make the other 115 grams up in good old food. My last protein drink is usually before I go to bed because its not high in carbs and is good for the body while you are resting.

A variety of food is the best course. However, if you must stick to protein supplements, a good MRP (meal replacement plan) would be my second choice.
