I work a night shift and i find it really hard to motivate myself to workout after a 12hr shift any suggestion?

I work a long shift too. I find it hard to workout afterwards but I make myself do it. I used to workout before my shift but that made me somewhat tired by the 10th hour of the shift. You just have to want to do it. I force myself somedays. I can't make excuses if I'm going to reach my goals. Good luck!
