Officially introduce yourself to the community by sharing your goals, obstacles or accomplishments. Don't be shy.. we're all here for the same reason. The more support we share the easier it will be to reach our goals!
I work a long shift too. I find it hard to workout afterwards but I make myself do it. I used to workout before my shift but that made me somewhat tired by the 10th hour of the shift. You just have to want to do it. I force myself somedays. I can't make excuses if I'm going to reach my goals. Good luck!
