I've heard of a few people taking it, i'm sure its something pretty simple. What are the benefits if any?

Yo fsdsk,

CLA stands for Conjugated Linoleic Acid. It is a "a free fatty acid derived from safflower or sunflower oil". I think it's just one of the "good" fats... In the same ballpark as your "required" oils like flax oil, olive oil, and 10W40 (if you drive).

Not sure what it means to be "conjugated"...

I take Linoleic Acid
You take Linoleic Acid
He, She, It takes Linoleic Acid
We take Linoleic Acid
You take Linoleic Acid
They take Linoleic Acid.
