hey i am a 14 year old girl and i want to lose 20 lbs. i run 3 miles every other day, but i dont know what else to do to lose weight. also people always say to eat a lot of small meals, but what do they mean by that and how can i do that since i am in school. HELP!

im just trying to lose 30 to 40 lbs. i am 20 and i weigh 165. i want to weigh 130. can someone please help me figure out what i need to do.

You have to eat healthy foods that contain less fat. IE: no processed foods, no fast foods, eat lean beef lean pork, chicken,more fiber and vegetables. add a little exercise and you will lose fat. Guaranteed!

You can try the royal danish metabolism diet, unless like me you cannot stand cooked eggs! And then always exercise, without it your fat % won't go down by much, you need to burn it off!
