I would not get caught up in the magic pill theory, I know alot of companies promise the best results, but nothing is better than proper diet and excersie. Stay on course with your FT plan and remember that it will take time, but its well worth the outcome.

Think about this while you are looking for that latest greatest fat burner. What do you see while standing in line at a supermarket...all these magazines promoting the top 10 secret ways to do just about anything from sex to fishing. This is our way, the media knows it, look for the "secret" noone else knows about! In reality, this does not exist. There are really only 2 ways of losing weight and keeping it off, a million variations, but still only 2 ways. Change your eating habits, in other words take in less calories. Elevate your energy expenditure, in other words you are burning off more calories. No matter what diet, what name, etc., these in the end are the principles. And when you get the weight off you want, to stay that way....you guessed it, don't go back to your old eating habits, or you know what will happen. Sorry to be the bearer of "bad" news that there is no magic out there, but the earlier you find this out, the sooner you will make the needed lifestyle change and quit looking for the "top 10 ways" that noone else knows about!!

Thats what my doctor says, eat right and exercise. Both say don't mess with all the gimicks, they don't work. Now about the from sex to fishing thing, where should those be put on a priority list? he he
